Aditya Gupta

Aditya Gupta has a diverse work experience. Aditya started their career in 1991 as a Co-Founder at Sharda Exports. In 2003, they became a Co-Founder at IHDP Business Park. In 2011, they founded The Furniture Republic. Aditya then went on to establish The Rug Republic in 2014, where they served as the Founder, leading the company to become a globally recognized brand in the home fashion industry. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at The Rug Society, responsible for product development and collaborating with creative minds in the industry. Throughout their career, Aditya has shown a passion for entrepreneurship and a strong focus on design leadership and international clientele.

Aditya Gupta has a strong educational background. Aditya first attended St. Mary's Academy in Meerut Cantt. from 1976 to 1985. After completing their schooling, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, from 1986 to 1990. Following their undergraduate studies, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, completing it in 1992.

In addition to their formal education, Aditya also obtained certification in Mountaineering from the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering in June 1991.
