Dnyanesh Dandekar

Dnyanesh Dandekar possesses extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Sr Vice President at Sharda Motor Industries Ltd since November 2019, previously holding the Vice President title at the same company. Prior to this role, Dnyanesh was the Head of Engineering for the Clean Air Business at Tenneco, leading key BS VI/BS6 programs. Dnyanesh’s career also includes notable positions at Cummins, where Dnyanesh was Engineering Leader for New Product Development Programs and Technology Planning Leader, contributing significantly to emission solution projects. Early experience includes a role as Dy General Manager for Product Planning at Cummins India Limited and a tenure at Emerson Climate Technologies, focusing on product development. Dnyanesh's educational background includes a PG EMP from SPJIMR, an M.E. in Thermal from Shivaji University, and a B.E. in Mechanical from the same institution.
