Quintus Willemse has a diverse work history, starting in 2006 as a Telesales Manager at MCXess, where they constructed a new telesales department. In 2008, they became a Board Member at Integrand Amsterdam, where they focused on providing students with opportunities in the world of commerce. Quintus also worked as an Assistant Teacher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam during this time. In 2009, Quintus completed a marketing internship at Heineken International.
From 2010 to 2013, Quintus worked at Pon Holdings as a Management Trainee, where they implemented various projects, including a KPI measurement and report structure and an online store for a marine valves supplier.
In 2013, they became the Director of Project Management at Setpoint Integrated Solutions, a Pon Holdings company. Quintus then joined TEDx Amsterdam as a Communication - Partners role from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they also co-founded and co-owned Foryard - Software Innovation Lab (formerly LastMason), where they used software development to solve complex challenges.
In 2017, Quintus founded Share Council, a platform for employee participation aimed at closing the capital wealth gap. Quintus currently serves as the Lead Hero & Founder of Share Council.
Quintus Willemse has a diverse education history with multiple degrees from different institutions. Quintus started their education at Hageveld, where they pursued an Atheneum degree from 1996 to 2002. Following this, they attended the University of Groningen in 2003 and graduated with a Bsc in Business Studies in 2004. Quintus then moved on to the University of Groningen for their Bsc in Communication- and Informationscience, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, Quintus enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) for their second Bsc in Communication- and Informationscience, which they finished in 2008. Continuing their studies at VU Amsterdam, Quintus pursued an Msc in Marketing and Business Communication from 2008 to 2010. Throughout their education, Quintus explored a wide range of fields including economics, business, communication, and information science across various faculties.
