Susan Ward

Susan Ward is the administrator at Share My Lesson. Susan has over 20 years of experience in sales, customer service, and administration.

Ward began their career at Rockwell Automation in November 1998 as an inside sales representative. Susan was quickly promoted to work with the company's large OEM accounts in the Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, they were responsible for servicing all issues related to orders, marketing, and engineering projects.

Ward was later assigned to work on special projects, including a flow chart of the company's operation with an outside consultant. This chart was used to identify areas that could be improved for both the company and the customers. Susan also worked with the credit department to clear up outstanding account balances.

In their current role at Share My Lesson, Ward is responsible for the administration of the company's sales, customer service, and administrative operations.

Susan Ward has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Upstate, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Ferrum College. Susan is also certified in HACCP.

Their manager is Kelly Booz, Director. They work with Carlo Delaguila - Site Administrator, Andy Kratochvil - Administrator, and Teresa Valcarce - Administrator.
