Harriet I. Williams

Harriet I. Williams, Ed. D., SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Campus Life Talent Management at Wake Forest University since August 2019 and also holds the role of Student Employment Program Administrator/Talent Liaison. With a diverse background in employment consulting, Williams has been an Executive Coach at CareerWear Consulting since May 2012 and previously worked as an Employment Consultant Supervisor and Sr. Employment Consultant at VABIR from May 2016 to July 2019. As the Founder and Executive Director of Dress for Success Burlington from April 2012 to January 2018, Williams demonstrated a commitment to empowering women. Earlier experience includes significant roles at the University of Vermont, including Director of TRIO/Student Support Services and the Learning Cooperative from June 2003 to May 2012. Williams holds a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont, a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Stony Brook University.
