Jay Donoghue

Jay Donoghue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and finance. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Share Our Selves since October 2015, Jay has a background that includes significant roles such as Director of Development for Legacy Planning and Principal Gifts at the University of California, Irvine from 2007 to 2012. Jay began a successful career in finance as a Stockbroker at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc. and progressed through various leadership positions at firms including Merrill Lynch and A.G. Edwards. Jay's early career involved managerial roles in retail and education, including a position as Vice President at Donoghue's Home Appliance Company and a High School Teacher at the Los Angeles Unified School District. Jay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UCLA, obtained in 1970.
