Julie Garcia is currently the Health Systems Associate Director at Share Our Strength. Previously, Julie held roles such as Senior Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us, Community Impact Director at the American Heart Association, and Wellness Supervisor at Maricopa County. Julie has also worked as a Chronic Disease Program Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services and as a Healthy Schools Program Manager at Alliance for a Healthier Generation. With a background in education, Julie holds a Master's degree in Education from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of New Mexico.
