Lindsey Carlson

Lindsey Carlson is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr Manager Workday HCM Functional Lead at Sharecare, Lindsey has held positions including Director of Payroll/HRIS and Payroll/HRIS Manager. Previous experience includes roles such as Associate HR Generalist and SR HR Coordinator at Healthways, as well as SR HR Specialist and HR Coordinator at OHL. Lindsey’s career began with a position as Via Panera Catering Coordinator at Panera Bread and a Communication Intern position at the Nashville Technology Council.
