Michelle Martin

Michelle Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client implementations, data governance, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Implementations at Sharecare since April 2018, Michelle leads a team of Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers, overseeing all phases of client implementations for various digital platforms. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Data Governance Manager at Sharecare, where leadership was provided to a team of Data Analysts focused on data standards and policies. Earlier experience includes a senior role at Healthways as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, and significant leadership positions at Affinion Group, including Sr. Manager of Member Operations and Sr. Manager of North American Billing Operations. Michelle began a career at Regions Financial Corporation as a Production Support Specialist and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Columbia State Community College.
