Stefanie Walsh

Stefanie Walsh currently serves as the Sr. Director of Operations Transformation at Sharecare, having developed expertise in operations management through progressive roles within the organization since October 2020. Responsibilities include collaboration across operations, sales, and client success to implement new accounts and enhance efficiency in client services, alongside monitoring employee performance for quality assurance in the release of information processes. Prior experience includes managing operations at Sharecare Health Data Services, overseeing the release of information for a major hospital in Boston. Stefanie's career began at Northeastern University, where contributions spanned from advising student-athletes to coordinating athletic development events. Stefanie holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, both from Northeastern University.
