Christina M. Baerga, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christina M. is currently serving as the Director, Member Engagement at Shared Assessments since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Contractor for the same company from November 2022 to April 2023.

From July 2022 to November 2022, Christina was the Chief Membership Officer at Women Corporate Directors Foundation. Before that, they served as the Interim Senior Director of Membership from April 2022 to June 2022. Additionally, they held the positions of Senior Director of Operations from June 2018 to June 2022 and Director of Operations from October 2015 to May 2018 at the same organization.

In 2015, Christina briefly worked as a Manager, Special Projects at SEFLIN (SOUTHEAST FLORIDA LIBRARY INFORMATION NETWORK), INC. From March 2013 to January 2015, they served as the Director of Education and Programming at WomenCorporateDirectors.

Prior to that, they worked as a Contract Management Specialist at Ocwen Financial Corporation from October 2011 to February 2013. Christina began their career as a Senior Library Assistant at the City of West Palm Beach, FL from December 2003 to October 2011. Christina M. also had a brief stint as a Sales Associate at Sherwood Pontiac/GMC Trucks from June 2003 to December 2003.

Christina's earliest work experience was at Starwood Vacation Ownership, where they worked as a Guest Services/Marketing employee from January 2000 to June 2003.

Christina M. Baerga has a diverse education history that includes a range of programs and certifications. In 1998, they completed a Diploma in Hospitality from Southeastern Academy of Travel and Tourism. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which they successfully obtained in 2008. Continuing their education, Christina earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011.

In 2019, they participated in the Kathleen Brush Women in Executive Leadership Program at Florida Atlantic University. This program aimed to enhance their leadership skills and empower women in executive roles.

In addition to their formal education, Christina M. Baerga has obtained two certifications. Christina M. completed the SIG Fundamentals Training at Shared Assessments in December 2022 and the TPRM Fundamentals Training, also at Shared Assessments, in the same month and year.
