Emily A. Irving, CTPRP, CTPRA, CFE has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily A. currently works at BlackRock as the Director, Global Head RQA Third Party Risk. Emily A. Irving, CTPRP, CTPRA, CFE obtained a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Emily A. then went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the same institution between 2000 and 2002.

In addition to their academic achievements, Emily has obtained several certifications. In 2007, they became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). In 2009, they obtained the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from ACAMS. In 2012, they earned the Certified Controls Specialist (CCS) certification from The Institute for Internal Controls. Recently, they obtained two certifications from Shared Assessments - the Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) in 2015 and the Certified Third Party Risk Assessor (CTPRA) in 2019.
