Brooke Boswell

Chief Customer Experience Officer at Shared Health, Inc.

Brooke Boswell has devoted the majority of her more than 18 years of experience in the health care industry to LTSS programs. Her experience encompasses both government and managed care programs, having worked with TennCare’s LTSS division and also on the implementation team for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee’s CHOICES program. Brooke joined Shared Health in 2014 to lead the Operational and Support Center focusing on Special Populations.
