Dillon Brecht

Dillon Brecht has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

In 2011, Dillon worked as a Human Resource Coordinator at Protegra, where they created a professional development plan document.

In 2012, Dillon was a Data Analyst at Statistics Canada, where they co-created a First Nations registry database.

Later that year, Dillon joined Investors Group as an Associate Systems Analyst. In this role, they interviewed business users and prepared a requirements document for IG's mobile app.

In 2013, Dillon worked as an Associate Data Analyst at IC Group, where they created customized reports and provided graphical analysis for internal and external clients.

From 2014 to 2015, Dillon worked as an ESL Instructor at YBM Adult Education, teaching adults English and creating lesson plans.

In 2015, Dillon joined Cabela's as a Workforce Planning Analyst. They successfully implemented a workforce management software and created accurate reporting tools resulting in significant labor savings.

Later, they transitioned into the role of a Human Resources Information System Specialist, providing ongoing support and reporting for various projects.
