Johanna Cabrera

Johanna Cabrera has several years of experience in the field of human resources. Johanna began their career in 2005 as an Encargada de Personal at France Movil. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Analista Compensaciones y Beneficios at Corporacion Integral LyM. In 2010, they joined Banco ADOPEM as a Subgerente Compensaciones y Beneficios, where they stayed until 2016. Most recently, they worked at Shared Health as an Assistant Manager, starting in 2017.

Johanna Cabrera earned a Magister en Direccion Estrategica de Recursos Humanos degree in Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública degree at Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago UTESA from 2004 to 2008.
