Lee McDougall

Lee McDougall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, climate action, and shared value strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Chair of the Shared Value Leadership Council at Shared Value Project since 2020, significant contributions were also made at IAG in various leadership roles from January 2010 to June 2025, including Head of Group Sustainability & Climate Action. Additional leadership includes Chair of the ABR Liaison Group at the Australian Business Roundtable between 2017 and 2021. Lee's freelance work at Article 13, coupled with prior roles at Landcare Australia Ltd, British Council, Russian University of People's Friendship, and Fonterra, demonstrates a diverse and impactful career. Academically, Lee holds an MA in International Relations from Keele University and multiple qualifications in Russian Language and Culture from the University of Otago.
