Sarah Judd Welch has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2018. In 2011, they were a Sales Development Manager at Catchafire, a NYC Founding City Manager (GM Role) at TaskRabbit, and a Freelance Strategist at Self. From 2012-2018, they were the CEO/Head of Strategy at Loyal and Principal & CEO at Sharehold.

Sarah Judd Welch graduated from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts and a concentration in Capitalism & Inequality. Sarah also obtained a certification from the Dare To Lead\u2122 Trained program in October 2020.
