Chuck Elyea has been involved in the construction industry and technology for over 30 years. In 1984, they began their career as a VP Finance/CFO for a family-owned commercial building contractor. In 1987, they became the CEO of CIS Consulting Group, Inc., a successful ERP sales, systems integration, consulting, and training organization with over 1500 actively supported contractors. In 2002, they became a Realtor/Broker for Elyea Properties. In 2005, they became the Managing Member of both F2B Mobile Solutions and Micro Systems Leasing. In 2011, they joined Viewpoint, Inc. as the Director of the Viewpoint Business Incubator, where they were responsible for managing corporate innovation through crowd-sourcing ideas for new businesses and developing a culture of creative thinking. Chuck also served as the Industry Professionals Manager, East Coast Region, where they were responsible for building the Viewpoint ecosystem through relationships with professional service organizations. In 2015, they purchased ShareMyToolbox, a mobile-first small tool management app based on a peer-to-peer sharing platform.

Chuck Elyea obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College in 1985. Chuck then went on to obtain an MBA from Wake Forest University's Babcock School of Management in 1995. In 2002, they obtained their Real Estate Broker certification from NC & SC. In 2011, they obtained their CCIFP certification from the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals.
