Jan Murre

Jan Murre is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in web technology and data engineering. As the owner of Catalyz BV since December 2016, Jan provides specialized services using a variety of backend technologies such as Python, Django, and Kubernetes, along with frontend frameworks like Angular. Jan has served as CTO at Mijnvoetbaltrainer.nl since February 2012 and is a co-owner at BrightPensioen, contributing to business strategy and development. With prior roles including lead architect at Virtual Sciences and IT consultant at Pareto, Jan has a strong foundation in open source technologies and business development. Jan also has a background in multimedia development from NIAM Interactive Multimedia and educational software development at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where a doctoral degree in Chemistry was obtained.
