Joe Land

Joe Land has a diverse work experience. Joe started working as an Academic Resources employee at Indiana University in 2005, where they stayed until 2011. In 2010, they joined Shares Inc. as an Employment Specialist and later became a Director in October 2016.

Joe Land earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a major in General Studies, from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Joe attended the university from 2005 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Social Services Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield, which they completed between 2014 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Joe Land has obtained additional certifications from the Hoosier Leadership Institute at the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities in May 2019 and the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) in July 2017.
