Christina Haas

Christina Haas, MSW, currently serves as the Employment Services Manager at The Arc of the Capital Area since December 2019, where previous roles include Career Development Specialist. Prior experience includes positions as Legislative Aide and Legislative Intern for Senator Judith Zaffirini from August 2018 to June 2019, and as a Social Work Intern at Travis Elementary School in San Marcos CISD during late 2017. Christina began a career in social services with Beautiful Abilities as a Direct Support Professional from October 2013 to January 2017 and completed an internship at the Down Syndrome Association of Brazos Valley in late 2015. Initial work experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from April 2011 to May 2015. Christina holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Texas A&M University.
