Lucia Christopher

Lucia Christopher has over 14 years of work experience. Lucia currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Shares since December 2021. From 2014 to 2021, Lucia worked at Morgan Stanley, where they held the positions of Cross Asset Sales & Trading Compliance, VP, and Disclosures of Interest Compliance Advisory. Lucia also worked at Barings in 2014 as a Regulatory Reporting Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at UBS from 2009 to 2014 as a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst and an Inter-company Business Controller. Lucia's career began in 2007 at Amadeus as a Learning Services Coordinator.

Lucia Christopher attended the University of Bath from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in International Management with French. In 2009, they then enrolled at St Mary's University, Twickenham, and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business in 2010. Most recently, in 2018, Lucia attended The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) and obtained a Certificate in Compliance.
