Miłosz Bandrowski

Miłosz Bandrowski has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Researcher at TVN, a role they held until 2004. In 2005, they joined Cinema City Poland, initially as a Supervisor and later as a Cinema Manager until 2011. In 2013, they transitioned into recruitment administration roles, working as a Recruitment Administrator at HSBC and Rolls-Royce from August to October, and November 2013 to April 2014, respectively. Miłosz then joined Statoil as a Principal Specialist - Recruitment Administration from November 2014 to November 2015. From December 2015 to January 2022, they worked at Visma Software Sp. z o. o., where they served as an Operations Manager and carried out responsibilities such as HR management, operational activities, and facility management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior People Operations Manager at Shares from February 2022.

Miłosz Bandrowski attended Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University from 2004 to 2012. Miłosz obtained a Bachelor's degree in Wydział Stosunków Międzynarodowych with a specialization in Amerykanistyka.
