Sten-Martin Kreisberg

Sten Kreisberg is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience in strategic sales leadership, team management, and business development. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Sharewell UX since January 2019, Sten is responsible for driving revenue growth through the implementation of effective sales strategies and the cultivation of new business opportunities. Previously held positions include Baltic Sales Director at ISS Eesti AS, where Sten developed regional sales strategies and led sales teams, and Sales Team Lead at Elion Enterprises Ltd, focusing on team performance and development. Sten’s career also includes roles at Fujitsu, EMT, and Elion Enterprises Ltd, where effective account management and sales strategy execution were key responsibilities. Sten holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Tallinn University and further education from the Disney Institute and EABC in business management and related fields.
