Alistair Gower has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, holding various leadership roles since starting with Sharing In Growth UK Limited in July 2013. Positions include Operations Executive, Supplier Development Manager, and Head of Operations. Prior to this, Alistair worked at Rolls-Royce from August 2006 to July 2013 as a Supplier Development Manager, and at Toyota from September 1999 to August 2006 as an Assembly Engineer.
