Graham Hettmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and operations management. Currently serving as a Business Transformation Coach at Sharing In Growth UK Limited since October 2022, Graham has held multiple leadership roles, including Director at Hettmann Transformations Ltd and Operations Director at Parker Knoll Upholstery Ltd. With a career spanning over two decades, Graham's roles have included Regional Operations Manager at Recticel and Process Improvement Manager at API Laminates, showcasing a strong record of implementing performance improvement strategies. Graham holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Manufacturing, Management, and Technology from Loughborough University and The Open University, respectively.
