Mirza Lisica

Mirza Lisica currently serves as Head of Regulatory Compliance at Sharjah Islamic Bank since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mirza held various positions at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, including Head of Business Compliance Advisory and Regulatory Affairs, and Regulatory Compliance Manager from January 2020 to September 2025. His career began at Dubai Islamic Bank as a Senior Compliance Officer and continued at Bosna Bank International as Acting Head of Product Development Department, where responsibilities included managing retail products, conducting market research, and preparing proposals for new product development. Mirza also has experience as a Senior Credit Analyst and Cashier. Holding a Master of Management in Islamic Banking and a Bachelor of Management in Financial Management from the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo, Mirza has a strong academic foundation supporting extensive expertise in compliance and product development within the banking sector.
