Fatima Muhammad has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Fatima began their career at Vibes Events in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they joined Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) as a Human Resources Trainee for a brief period. Fatima then went on to work at SNOC again in 2018, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Generalist. Currently, Fatima serves as the Human Resources Lead for Recruitment & Training at SNOC. Fatima also holds certifications including PHRi, Assoc. CIPD, and PMP.

Fatima Muhammad has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Al Ghurair University. Fatima also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. Additionally, Fatima has completed CIPD 5 in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Avado. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications including Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) from HRCI, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Psytech Certificated Test User from Arabian Assessment & Development Centre, Psychological First Aid from Coursera, and a Certificate in KPI Selection & Management from Informa Connect Middle East.
