Siddharth Jain

Siddharth Jain is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in petroleum engineering and field development management. Currently serving as Field Development Manager and Team Leader at Sharjah National Oil Corporation since July 2015, Siddharth has driven business transformation, operational excellence, financial planning, and coaching initiatives. Additionally, Siddharth holds the position of Future Energy Leader with the World Energy Council, focusing on fostering the development of emerging leaders in the energy industry. Siddharth's previous roles include petroleum engineer positions at Petrofac and Crescent Petroleum Company, along with significant summer training experiences at industry-leading companies. Academically, Siddharth holds an Executive Master in Energy Management from ESCP Business School and an Integrated B.Tech and MBA in Petroleum Engineering from UPES.
