Geraldo Perez

Geraldo Perez is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Cloud Security Architecture at SharkNinja since January 2024, where responsibilities include leading the architecture, strategy, and execution of the Cloud Cybersecurity program. Prior to this role, Geraldo held several key positions at Hasbro, including Director of Cybersecurity for Global Cybersecurity Operations and interim CISO, overseeing IT security operations, incident response, and intellectual property protection. With previous roles as Systems Security Administrator and Senior IT Engineer in various companies, including Retail Solutions Inc. and Providence Equity Partners, Geraldo has developed a comprehensive skill set in cybersecurity, project management, and technical support, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Game Design from Full Sail University. Additionally, Geraldo has a history of entrepreneurship as the founder of King Bee Digital Games and the IGDA Rhode Island chapter, showcasing a dedication to fostering community and innovation in game development.
