Igor Kofman has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries throughout their career. Igor started their career as an intern at Candid Logic Co., where they worked on the design of automotive components and vehicle testing equipment. Igor then joined General Motors Corp as a Project Engineer, focusing on automotive diagnostic equipment and vehicle communication architecture development.

After their time at General Motors, Igor joined Hella Electronics Corp as a Product Engineer, where they conducted R&D, business development, and applications engineering in the areas of chassis and lighting electronics. Igor then moved on to Harman Becker Automotive Systems as a Sr. Electronics Engineer, leading technical roles in launching premium-tier Vehicle Infotainment Systems for various OEMs.

In 2004, Igor joined Raytheon Corp as a Sr. Electronics Engineer, leading multiple R&D workflows in high-density multi-channel RF hardware and signal processing. Igor also worked on FPGA-based signal processing architectures and established technology strategy.

Igor then joined Bose Corp in 2006 as the R&D Projects and New Technology Team Manager. Igor had success in multiple roles and divisions, including Automotive, Consumer, and Noise Reduction. Igor was responsible for product strategy, technology maturation management, and leading R&D teams.

From 2017 to 2020, Igor worked at Silentium Ltd. as the Sr. Director of Product Management and Business Development for North America. Here, their responsibilities included expanding the North American business, global product strategy, and technology investment strategy.

Most recently, Igor joined SharkNinja in 2020 as the Vice President of Embedded Systems & Electrical Engineering. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the embedded systems and electrical engineering functions of the company.

Throughout their career, Igor has demonstrated expertise in product management, business development, R&D management, technology strategy, and team leadership.

Igor Kofman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1992 and 1997.
