Lauren Tarvin

Lauren Tarvin is currently a Senior Manager of Product Development at SharkNinja, a position held since March 2022, following a tenure as Manager of Product Development. Previously, Lauren worked at Hasbro from January 2016 to March 2022, where roles included Associate Brand Manager for Transformers and Project Engineer, focusing on the engineering development of Play-Doh products and managing reliability for key toy brands like Nerf and Star Wars. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Reliability Engineer and Reliability Engineer Co-op at Hasbro, as well as an Energy Market Design Intern at NYISO and an Administrative Intern at ENVIRON. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
