Mark Kolofsky

Mark Kolofsky has extensive experience in retail operations and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Retail Operations at SharkNinja since March 2013. Previously held roles include Retail Operations Manager and Team Lead for Customer Satisfaction & Global Logistics. Prior to SharkNinja, Mark Kolofsky was the Director of Customer Service at Nelmar Security Packaging Systems Inc., which specializes in manufacturing patented tamper-evident systems for secure transfer of valuables. Mark Kolofsky is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Concordia University, which has been ongoing since 2000.
