Michelle Crossan-Matos

Michelle Crossan-Matos serves as the Chief Growth Officer at SharkNinja since April 2025. Previously, Michelle held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Ulta Beauty from January 2023 to January 2025, overseeing various aspects including eCommerce, member loyalty, and public relations. Michelle's experience also includes a tenure at Samsung Electronics America from January 2018 to January 2023 as SVP, Chief Marketing, Citizenship & Communications Officer, and a role as SVP of Corporate Strategy & Transformation. Additionally, Michelle contributed to the Scottish Government as a Trade Board Member and chaired the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Group in Geneva. Michelle holds a BSc Hons in Management Sciences and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School focusing on digital and social strategy.
