Andrew Leece

Andrew Leece is the COO and Co-Founder of Sharon AI, a cloud storage and compute business focused on high-performance computing and AI workloads for government, education, and research sectors, since July 2024. Leece has been a Director at ISI Pty Ltd, an enterprise managed service provider, since September 2014, and also serves as a Director at Strat Capital, which specializes in asset finance for the aviation and renewable energy sectors. Previously, Leece was the CEO of Distributed Storage Solutions Limited, which provides decentralized data storage solutions, from January 2021 to July 2024. Additional roles include Responsible Manager at Defender Asset Management Pty Ltd, Founder of air.one, and various positions at Macquarie Bank Ltd and Macquarie Group. Leece holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and has completed multiple financial services and aviation qualifications.
