Kristy Foss is an experienced professional with a strong background in people and business operations. As a founding team member and Vice President at Ernesta Inc. from October 2022 to April 2024, Kristy contributed to establishing a people-centered organizational culture. Prior to Ernesta, Kristy held several leadership roles at Peloton Interactive, including Senior Director of Operational Excellence & Engagement and Senior Director of Global People Experience & Culture, where Kristy implemented programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace environment. Kristy's career began at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as a Manager, and Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College, along with a certificate in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online.
