Tom Carroll has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in marketing and customer strategy. Tom most recently served as the Director of Marketing & Customer Strategy at Sharp Health Plan, where they were responsible for driving growth and expansion through customer engagement, brand strategy, and digital operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Client Services at ViTRO, leading account management and business development to achieve double-digit revenue and profitability increases. Tom also held managerial positions at LG MobileComm USA, VitroRobertson, MiresBall, Answerthink, TAG Heuer, DMB&B, and Ammirati Puris Lintas, where they played key roles in brand positioning, marketing strategies, and product launches for various clients and brands.
Tom Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Sharp HealthCare, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in February 2020, TeamSTEPPS Coaches Course Training in April 2018, Crucial Accountability Training in March 2018, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification in January 2017.
