Christine Basiliere

Christine Basiliere has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Christine began their career at Sharp HealthCare in 1992 as a Lead Clinical Nurse, where they worked for ten years. From 2002 to 2006, they served as a Nurse Manager for Women's and Infant's Services at Sharp HealthCare. Following that, they held the position of Director of Women's & Infant's Services/Ambulatory & Ancillary Services from 2006 to 2010. From 2011 to 2020, they served as Vice President & CNO, responsible for overseeing various departments and managing a budget of $172 million. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Workforce Strategy and Support Services. In addition, they have also served as a Board Member at Sharp Chula Vista Hospital from 2014 to 2020. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and has made significant contributions to patient care and operational efficiency.

Christine Basiliere has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from San Diego State University. Christine also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix.
