Denille Castillo

Denille Castillo, MHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Leave of Absence Specialist at Sharp HealthCare since June 2023. Prior to this role, Denille was the Director of Human Resources at Windward Life Care from September 2021 to June 2023 and held positions as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at CHE Behavioral Health Services from November 2018 to September 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist - Head of Recruitment at Hocking International Laboratories and Human Resources Manager at Crowley Car Company. Denille began a career in human resources at Tri-City Medical Center, where responsibilities included providing assistance with employment applications and managing office supplies. Denille holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
