Cheryl Brady

Cheryl Brady, MBA, MHA, MJ, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Leave of Absence and Accommodation Specialist at DESC, where responsibilities include advising on leave policies, reviewing requests, and coordinating the leave process in compliance with regulations. Previous experience includes a legal internship at the Washington State Hospital Association, focusing on end-of-life care and advanced directives, and over a decade at Providence Health & Services in various HR roles, including SR HR Advisor and HR Customer Service Specialist, where Cheryl executed benefits audits and managed employee inquiries. Cheryl holds multiple master's degrees in American/U.S. Law, Healthcare Administration, and Human Resources from the University of Washington School of Law and American InterContinental University. Additionally, earlier roles included HR internship at King County and pre-billing at American Medical Response.
