Don Jump

Don Jump is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and health promotion. Currently serving as the Manager of Consumer Information Services at Sharp HealthCare since November 2015, Don develops and implements customer service strategies while managing social media interactions. Previously, Don held the position of Medicare/Customer Care Supervisor at Sharp Health Plan, overseeing day-to-day operations and achieving performance goals. Don’s experience also includes managing a health coach call center at American Specialty Health and providing personal training services at JumpToFitness. A former Infantry Squad Leader in the US Army, Don possesses leadership skills in high-pressure situations. Educationally, Don holds a degree in Health Promotion/Fitness Management from Southern Oregon University and a Master's degree in Human Behavior from National University.
