Javier Ochoa

Javier Ochoa has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Javier started their career as an Administrative Data Analyst at Sharp HealthCare in 2014 before moving on to become a Decision Support Analyst in 2015. Javier then transitioned to the position of Senior Specialist Performance Improvement in 2017, where they were responsible for implementing performance improvement standards and conducting data analysis. In 2018, Javier worked as a Lead Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial analysis and coordinating business development initiatives. Javier later became the Manager of Operational Excellence in 2020, driving performance improvement and promoting lean methodologies. Currently, Javier holds the position of Director of Business Development at Sharp HealthCare from 2023. Prior to their tenure at Sharp HealthCare, Javier worked as an Operations Manager at Mobile Medical Group from 2006 to 2013, overseeing various aspects of the business's operations.

Javier Ochoa completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from San Diego State University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Economics from the same university from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Javier has obtained certifications such as the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in May 2022, the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) from the Patient Experience Institute in November 2018, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Sharp HealthCare in 2018.
