Marlena Montgomery

Marlena Montgomery, MSN, MBA, RN, FACHE, CEN, is a seasoned nursing leader with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Sharp HealthCare since September 2015, Marlena has also held the roles of Director and Nurse Manager. Prior to this, Marlena was an Assistant Nurse Manager at UC San Diego Health System from June 2007 to September 2015. Academically, Marlena holds a Master of Science in Nursing, focusing on Leadership in Healthcare Organizations, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Nursing Leadership in Healthcare Systems, both from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, Marlena earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Grand Canyon University.
