Ngoc Tran

Ngoc Tran's work experience begins in 2017 when they worked on a Conflict Management in-class project for Omena Hotels. In 2017, they also conducted an employer branding in-class project for EY. In 2019, Ngoc completed a Bachelor's thesis on employee turnover intention for Case Company X. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Data Specialist for Sharper Shape Inc. and as a Restaurant Deputy Manager for Fuku Restaurant. In 2021, Ngoc worked as a Last Mile Delivery Researcher for KONE and as a Pro-bono Consultant for NGC - New Generation Consulting. They continued their consulting work in 2021 as a Student Consultant for HB Reavis. In 2022, Ngoc worked as a Student Consultant for EDP and as a Program Specialist for Sharper Shape Group. Currently, in 2023, Ngoc holds the position of Lead Project Manager at Sharper Shape Group.

Ngoc Tran's education history is as follows:

From 2010 to 2013, Ngoc Tran attended Ha Tinh High School for Gifted Students, where they studied English Language.

In 2013, Ngoc Tran enrolled in Foreign Trade University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. They completed their studies in 2014.

From 2014 to 2015, Ngoc Tran attended Centria University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Starting in 2015 and finishing in 2018, Ngoc Tran attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in International Business.

From 2020 to 2022, Ngoc Tran studied at Aalto University, completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Global Management/CEMS.

Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, Ngoc Tran pursued a Master's degree in International Management at both CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education and Nova School of Business and Economics.
