Xin Jin has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. At Sharpertek, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer. At the University of Michigan-Dearborn, they were an Assistant Research for the International Future Energy Challenge 2018, where they conducted thermal analysis for transformer high temperature parameters, designed the structure of the case of an electrical transformer, and proposed methods to improve thermal efficiency. Xin also worked as a Graduate Student for a class project, researching current popular materials and proposing a new material for vehicle interior components. At \u534e\u4e1c\u533b\u9662, they worked as a Designer Junior, analyzing feedback from diabetic patients and designing a wheelchair with a removable and rotatable handling bar. Lastly, at TRAM, Inc., they worked as an Undergraduate Student, researching shifter technology, surveying students on campus, and providing sketches and CAD design plans for an automotive shifter.
Xin Jin earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University between 2015 and 2017. Xin then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Automobile System Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, which they completed in 2019.
