Cassandra Garcia has several years of work experience in various roles. Cassandra started their career in 2008 as an Event Manager at Bailey Concert Hall. Cassandra then worked as an Education Specialist at Mission San Luis Archaeological Site from 2012 to 2013. Cassandra later joined e-TechServices in 2013 and served as a Sales Support Administrator until 2015. Cassandra then became a Client Executive at e-TechServices, where they provided consulting and professional services for IBM and Lenovo products until 2016.

In 2016, Cassandra joined SharpSpring as an Onboarding Specialist, where they introduced new clients to the marketing automation software platform and conducted sales demos. In 2017, they took on the role of Key Accounts Manager at SharpSpring, where they were the point of contact for high-value customers and partners, trained new users, and demonstrated the platform during sales calls. Cassandra also provided customer maintenance reporting for top-tiered partners.

In 2019, SharpSpring was acquired by Constant Contact, and Cassandra transitioned to the role of Marketing Operations at SharpSpring (now under Constant Contact). Their responsibilities included executing data-driven initiatives, automation design and implementation, data migration and import, custom field management, form building, email drip strategy, API and Zapier integrations, and list management.

In 2021, Cassandra's work experience continued at Constant Contact, where they served as a Marketing Operations Specialist, focusing on maximizing the efficiency of marketing campaigns, pre/post sales processes, reporting, and database maintenance.

Cassandra Garcia obtained their High School Diploma from Pedro Menendez High School, where they focused on Theatre/Theater, from 2001 to 2005. Cassandra then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Florida State University between 2009 and 2012. Their degree program consisted of Art History, Criticism and Conservation as well as American History.
