John "Bo" Coker has a diverse work experience. John “Bo” started their career in 2005 as a Store Manager at GameStop and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Apple as an AppleCare at home Advisor, providing technical support and customer service for various Apple products. In 2019, they joined SharpSpring as an Account Manager and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager - Onboarding. In 2021, they moved to Constant Contact as a Technical Onboarding Manager.
John "Bo" Coker earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in East Asian Studies from Oberlin College, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in February 2023.
