Matěj Pokorný

Matěj Pokorný has a diverse range of work experience. Matěj started in 2013 as an Edutainer at Techmania Science Center. In 2015, they worked as a Croupier at Banco-Casino a.s. Matěj then took on the role of Commercial Customer Support: Pre-Sales Consultant at Ceske Radiokomunikace a. s. in 2016, where they provided pre-sales support to customers and helped spread knowledge about cloud and backup options. Matěj also worked as a Business Developer at Hackerly in 2016, where they implemented winning approaches for consulting clients. In 2018, Matěj joined Sharry as a Business Development & Sustainability Specialist, responsible for developing new business and sustainability initiatives. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Service & Sustainability Specialist, focusing on user experience and support for property and facility managers. Currently, Matěj serves as the Head of the Launch & Activation Team at Sharry, leading a new team to provide comprehensive support to clients. Additionally, in 2019, they co-founded the sustainable fashion store Dressibly under Susco Group s.r.o.

Matěj Pokorný obtained their Maturita in General Studies from Grammar School Plasy in the years 2006 to 2014. Matěj then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they went on to complete a Master's degree in Management at the same university from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Matěj Pokorný obtained certifications in "EFEKTIVNÍ PLÁNOVÁNÍ: Jak získat klid ve světě chaosu?" from GrowJOB Institute in March 2023, and in "First Certificate in English (B)" from the University of Cambridge in July 2013.
