James Schwarz has a strong background in directing and managing various business and administrative functions within law firms. James has experience as a Chief Operating Officer at Shartsis Friese LLP, where they were responsible for overseeing finance, human resources, information services, marketing, and more. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director of Administration for California at Winston & Strawn LLP, where they focused on strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and staff recruitment. James has also held management positions at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where they directed various management functions such as human resources, finance, facilities management, and marketing.
