Chaitanya Prakash serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Shashi Group LLC since June 2017, bringing extensive experience in finance and investment analysis. Previously, Chaitanya held multiple senior roles at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, including Head of Investment Analysis and VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, from March 2011 to May 2017. Chaitanya's career also includes positions at Lodging & Leisure Investment Advisors, Oppenheimer & Co., Kor Realty Group, Sofitel Hotel Philadelphia, Renaissance Philadelphia Hotel, Loews Philadelphia Hotel, Somerset Marriott, and Tata Group (Taj Group of Hotels), demonstrating a strong background in acquisitions, development, and revenue management. Chaitanya earned an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Hospitality Management from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management.
